Love this color. Neutral brown. People get bad results from this Terra because of lack of proper knowledge. My hair takes plant dyes pretty easily. IMPORTANT info: this mix has indigo in it. Do not use hot water but hand warm instead. Indigo gets killed by water temperature over 50 degrees of celsius. It is this blue molecule thats crucial for neutral, ashy shade. A pinch of salt, straight from bowl to head. Never let it dye release. You must scoop it on your hair within 20 minutes, after that the indigo goes off and will demise.
Every color product that is indigo rich, must be treated the same way. I know, and many experts too on internet i trust.
